Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, from which you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but is expected to arrive soon. You may be charged nothing at checkout or be required to pay a partial deposit. Your payment method will be stored securely, and the full or remaining amount will be charged at a later date, once the product is ready to ship.
Important: Payments made for pre-orders are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made by the store or the brand.
